Austin M. Baity

After receiving a B.S. in Finance & Accounting from The Bryan School of Business at UNC Greensboro, Austin began his career in general real estate brokerage and construction. His early work consisted of on-site representation for small custom builders & regional production builders alike. In the realm of new construction, Austin discovered his niche, enabling him to support a diverse range of builder-clients in prospecting opportunities, conducting market studies, assembling builder teams, and ultimately overseeing land acquisition, entitlement, and development.
